Now, that's a life that surely no one actually enjoys or would want to step into, but, somehow, we're all guilty of being 'mindfull' rather than being ...

While eating, walking, running, swimming, sleeping and even while we talk to other people, there is always an inner monologue going on. A   conversation of one with oneself. This is exactly what we call the "self-talk". It can either be a constructive one or a destructive one. Intriguingly, how we talk to ourselves matters the most. It is what we constantly keep telling ourselves -  "Today is a wonderful day, I'm so grateful to be alive." Or "Ugh, I hate mornings." "I can do this."  Or "I can't do anything right." I'm worthy of all the success." Or "I'm useless and good for nothing." If you're an optimist and a positive person, you're more likely to involve yourself into a constructive self-talk whereas if you have a hard time staying positive, you're more likely to get yourse...
