We live in the times where it's seemingly hard to go a day without social media. While it is an excellent platform to connect and stay updated with the latest of trends, it can also potentially have a negative impact on one's life. As the saying goes, "Too much of something is never good." So is the case with social media.  Today, I want you to ask yourself, How often do you find yourself mindlessly scrolling through your social media feed? Honestly, we've all been there. Think about it this way, You keep getting notifications for the tiniest of updates on your social media account. Why does that happen? - it happens to simply pull your attention back to the platform and keep you engaged right there. Moreover, social media algorithms work in such a way that you begin to...

However, these beliefs are not true.       Meditation is easier than you think.    It is essential that we learn what meditation really is before we embark on this journey. Having practiced meditation and yoga for a significant  amount of years now,  it has almost been fourteen years on and off since I started my...

Image
Human beings despite of being social animals, that cannot live in isolation, tend to hide their feelings, emotions, stress and worries every single day. All these emotions when build up from not being shared with others, grow into an enormous ocean of sadness within an individual. Now, do we expect such an individual to be happy on the inner side? Definitely not, isn't it? I bring to you this blog post which is completely based on my personal observation of multiple dimensions in order to bring forward this recipe to happiness. In my study of Literature, I came across a bunch of writers who would vent out their past experiences, feelings, anxieties and worries through writing. We call them Confessional writers. I was decently convinced that if a person writes down their feelings they instantly or gradually feel better.  It made even more sense after reading Aristotle's Poetics in which he talks about Catharsis, a term coined by Aristotle himself.  Aristotle...
